Our services do not end when the Au Pair arrives in The Nederlands. We will assist the Host Family and the Au Pair during the 1-year period. Assistance covers situational problem solving, communication, differences in culture, clarification of duties and responsibilites, etc. We will lay down time-tested approaches in resolving issues and concerns between the Host Family and the Au Pair.
If you need us to come because of some concerns, just let us know. We will sit down, the Host Family, the Au Pair and us. We will listen from both sides, from both perspectives. We will do as much as we can to resolve issues. After all, a happy Host Family and Au Pair is what we are aiming for.
What is an Au Pair entitled to?
The contract duration of an Au Pair is one (1) year. She is entitled to a roundtrip ticket, pocket money, health insurance, food and a room for herself with toilet (within the host family’s house/premises) provided with television. She is also entitled to 14-days paid holiday and a mobile phone. Computer with internet connection is at the discretion of the host family.
