The new migration law, called Moderne Migratie Beleid (MoMi), is expected to take effect during 2011.
Under this law, families can only submit their request for advice through a recognized au pair bureau just like us (convenant houder/erkend referent). Being a covenant holder, we can get an advice (approval or non-approval of visa) after ten (10) working days. This new law will have an effect on the way we handle procedures concerning request for advice, the 'zorgplicht', the 'informatieplicht' and 'bewaarplicht'.
