Who are our Au Pairs?
Our Au Pair candidates are intelligent, progressive, eager to learn young people who want to bring out the best in them. They are 18-25 years old and most of them have already earned their education and they believe that education is the key to a better life.
They are carefully screened individuals who has been selected by us in terms of character, family background, level of interest in looking after children, home management skills, work experience, education, communication skills and the ability to adapt to challenges. Based on our own experiences, these are the fundamentals that will enable an Au Pair to carry out tasks assigned to him/her and be happy and progressive at the same time.
They are screened by ourselves based on the above mentioned criteria. The resumes outlining their education, work experiences, hobbies are carefully analysed with an eye of determining suitability to look after children and doing light household work. They have excellent communication skills and their knowledge of the English language is above average. It is made sure that the Au Pairs don’t smoke and don’t drink.
